How do I schedule my appointment?

Do you accept insurance?
Yes, our practice accepts Aetna, Cigna, MetLife, Delta Dental, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Ameritas, Anthem, Geha, United Healthcare, and United Concordia. If your insurance provider is not in our network, your coverage will depend on whether or not the plan offers out-of-network benefits.

Does your office accept Medicaid?
No, we do not currently accept Medicaid. However, we are committed to helping you get the care you need. Please contact us to discuss financing options and how you can save with our membership plan.

Where do I park?
We have convenient parking available outside our practice.

What type of financial support or payment plans do you offer?
We partner with several external financing options for patient convenience, including Cherry and CareCredit®. Please visit our external payment plans page for more information and to apply.

What hours is your office open?
Our practice is open Monday – Wednesday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., Thursday from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., and Friday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. We are not open on Saturday or Sunday.

Does your dental office treat children?
Yes, our team does offer pediatric dental services.

How early should I get to my appointment?
Please plan to arrive at least 10 to 15 minutes before your appointment.

What do I need for my first appointment?
On your first visit, please bring a valid ID, a list of medications you are taking, a list of any current medical concerns or conditions, including past surgeries, and your dental insurance card if applicable. Visit our new patient resources page for more information.

How long will my appointment take?
Your appointment length will depend on what treatment you’re receiving. Expect your first appointment to take between 1 hour and 1.5 hours, so that we don’t rush you through or provide too much information too quickly for you.
