Our Amazing Smiles Membership Plan provides a budget-friendly and flexible alternative to expensive dental insurance so you can receive quality dental care at an affordable price. Unlike insurance plans, our dental membership plan has no deductibles, waiting periods, or annual maximums. Get the preventative care you need and additional discounts on other dental services.
*This is not an insurance policy. This is a discount dental plan valid ONLY at Amazing Smiles Family Dental Care. Any service not paid at the time of service will be billed at our usual fees and are subject to a billing charge of 1.5% per month unless other arrangements are made. Annual charges are non-refundable and cannot be combined with insurance plans. Plan fees are valid only. All plan fees and treatment fees, as listed, are subject to change without notice.

Adult Plan
$493/Year OR $44/Month
- 2 professional exams per year
- 2 cleanings per year (does not include periodontal cleanings)
- 2 fluoride treatments per year
- 4 bitewing and 6 posterior-anterior X-rays (panoramic/FMX as needed)
- 1 CT scan
- 1 emergency exam with necessary X-rays
- 20% off most dental services
Child Plan
Ages 15 and Under
$439/Year OR $39/Month
